A data-driven approach enables a producer to understand the potential value in their project, as well as both illustrate that and communicate it to partners and investors.
I was discussing here that you can illustrate that any money invested in Development activities can be illustrated as having potential on its own, regardless of whether the producer completes the picture, for whatever reason. I am focusing on this here because investors want to know they have a “worst-case” scenario potentially that can include recovery of some, all or even more than expended on development.
But the same holds true for the entire project and how it approaches production investment all the way through sales and delivery to consumers. Producers who are basing their plans and strategy on data and intelligence are steps ahead, if not miles.
